Un buen libro, la mayoría de temas tratados son de sentido común; sin embargo, los tópicos son presentados desde una perspectiva que fomenta un análisis crítico, sobre el porqué te desconcentras, invita a reflexionar sobre estos errores, y muestra técnicas y/o ejercicios simples pero funcionales sobre como mejor la concentración. Personalmente he puesto algunas de las técnicas en práctica y me resultaron verdaderamente útiles.
